Also, taught me how to use the programs well. The specialist did not make me feel inadequate but empathized with me that some of the ways to learn the program my be awkward and uncomfortable with their presence but after we gave the program a try it became less awkward because the specialist encouraged me through the process. The specialist listed to what I needed in order for me to succeed in my classes and he supplied it for me. He gave me lots of patience as I learned the programs so I could do them on my own.
